Salsa & Bachata Foundations Beginners

Over this eight week series you will learn the essential foundations of both Bachata and Salsa, two of the most popular and social Latin dances. Throughout the course you will explore basic steps, rhythm, timing, connection, and smooth partnerwork that define each style. You will develop comfort with musical timing, practice simple turns, and learn how to move confidently with a partner in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Step by step instruction and guided practice will help you build coordination and understand how both dances flow on the social dance floor. This supportive and engaging class is perfect for anyone brand new to Latin dance or dancers who want to build strong fundamentals before joining a full level series. No partner needed.
