Attendance & Booking

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to help us start classes on time.​

Full payment is required before the first class begins. There are no refunds after the first session.

Missed classes are non-refundable, but you may qualify for a make-up class if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Make-up classes must be completed before the end of your registered series.

Registration closes 3 days before the first class. Early registration helps us confirm attendance and prepare. If a class is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
Partnering & Dance Floor Etiquette

No partner? No problem! We rotate partners regularly to build community and improve your skills.

Always treat fellow dancers with kindness and respect. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
​

Dancing is an active workout. Good hygiene is appreciated. If you’ve had a long day at work, we recommend a quick shower and a fresh change of clothes before class or social dancing.

You’re welcome to bring a sweat towel if needed during class.
What to Wear to Class or Socials

Please wear clean, non-marking dance shoes or sneakers to protect our floors.

Choose comfortable, breathable clothing. Athletic wear, movable jeans, T-shirts, or flowy skirts and dresses all work well.

For socials, attire is casual but expressive. Some dancers enjoy dressing up in cocktail wear or heels.

Please avoid strong fragrances to support dancers with allergies or sensitivities.
Health & Safety Guidelines

If you're feeling unwell, please stay home to help us maintain a safe and healthy dance environment.

Hand washing and use of hand sanitizer before and after class is encouraged, especially as we rotate partners. This helps reduce the spread of germs.
Media & Promotion

We occasionally take photos or videos during classes and events for social media and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, just let us know. We respect your privacy!
Weather-Related Cancellations

In the event of severe weather, we will notify participants via email and social media. Any cancelled classes will be rescheduled with a make-up session.
